Fue todo acorde a lo que buscábamos, el mostrador estuvo facil de ubicar y no habían filas, el proceso fue rapido, el vehículo estaba perfecto, en la devolución sin inconveniente. El vehículo Pacifica, es muy espacioso, confortable y económico considerando tamaño y espacio, eramos 6 ocupantes con muchas maletas grandes y todos tuvimos espacio confortable. Lo recomiendo para familias grandes, viajes largos y con equipaje

We really loved our rental experience. This is our second time renting from Routes and both times were great! The shuttle was there waiting when we arrived from our flight and was waiting when we returned the vehicle to take us back. All of the Routes employees were very helpful and kind. We will definitely be using them again in the future.
