Had to change pick up time and that was easy. All went well. Only thing was I got a full size vehicle. I thought a jetty was smaller than that.

The Manager came to our rescue because the agent that did our initial contract did not quote costs going through the initials and signings. We refused insurance online with through online booking yet he wrote the contract with it in it. We had to go back to the airport to get the charge of almost $1400. showed up on our credit card. The manager took care of this when she found out the details.
