What impressed me the most was the responsiveness. My entire communication was via text and no matter what time I texted, I always received an immediate response. I picked up the car after their business closed. They left the car at a parking lot fr me to retrieve. I had to pay for parking for the hour or so it was there but I didn t mind. I ended up with a larger car class than what I booked which was great. I had a question about a feature on the car and they messaged me right away. The only time I saw the facility or spoke to anyone in-person was when I returned the car yet I had no issues. I would rent again.
