I was worried when I I was sent an invoice that said the payment address for the invoice was in Latvia. I had paid in advance before knowing that. But everything worked out fine. I picked up the car (at the BWI airport) and I didn’t have to pay anything at the pickup. (The amount that I had already paid in advance, $135, covered everything which was really cheap for a week rental. Car was as described in excellent and clean condition, supplied by Thrifty. I was a bit surprised at how well everything worked out and totally satisfied. Excellent experience.
