Enjoyed and appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at Dollar Car Rental. Pick up and drop off is a breeze at Eugene Airport, as the car is in the parking lot at Arrivals. Also super easy to pick up and drop off key at Baggage Claim/ Ticketing level kiosk. Thanks!

Economy and Dollar are both very professional and easy to use. In fact I called Economy because our flight was cancelled and we would not take the rental until the next day and someone actually answered the phone and spoke to me and assured me that my rental is held for 24 hours. Both companies will be my new first choices!

The electronic check out was nice, no paperwork required, the rental car company already had the mileage information electronically, all I had to do was turn in the keys and walk away
