Due to El Paso Airport Hertż combing with Dollar and Thrifty there was a bit of a wait but the service was excellent and the team is extremely knowledgeable. I had also called prior to confirm the deposit amount and the customer service over the phone was also beyond helpful and kind!

We arrived extremely late on Tuesday through no fault of our own, being at the mercy of the airlines. Due to a huge conference, everyone was low on cars. Thrifty had one 12 person van left which they gave to us so we could get to our hotel. Then we changed it in the next day for a beautiful brand new Nissan. They were wonderful at a time when we needed things to be easy as we were on the trip due to a death in the family. I was very pleased as was my husband.
