Booking online was very easy and straight forward. The car we got was in excellent condition. Was happy with the overall service.
Our flight was delayed and we didn t arrive to collect our car till about midnight.Tom was there waiting for us, friendly and helpful. He made the whole process positive and quick. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!
I found the economy bookings website & booking service difficult to navigate & was VERY annoyed when I wanted to make a minor change to pick-up time & found I had to cancel the whole booking & start again. I would strongly suggest that you change your software to allow minor changes like date/time of pickup & dropoff without have to cancel the booking & start again.
Issues with insurance excess coverage since not directly renting from rental company
