We were issued with a Near New Ford Puma Hybrid car with around 2000 kms on it, so Basically Brand New. It was very pleasant to drive and the Dash GPS System was FANTASTIC and really suited our time in Dunedin. Overall, we were very pleased with the car and it was super cheap to run in the city limits, basically it only cost us $50 in fuel, on the 3 trips out to the airport and back, over our weeks stay.

Due to unexpected flight delays, we arrived 30 minutes after branch normal closing time to collect our rental. Having been in contact with the branch, we were assured someone would still be there to look after us - and they were! The helpful and friendly staff took the stress out of a difficult situation, and we were on our way within minutes. Fantastic service.
