The lovely lady who was on the Europcar desk when I picked up the car provided the best service I have ever received for a car hire company. She chatted while working out the booking, provided very helpful advice and was just lovely. I thought about asking for her phone number....lol. She is a real asset to Europcar, give her a pay rise. Made the whole experience easy and stress free.
