What is your cancellation and refund policy?
The Renter can cancel the booking and get a credit that can be used towards future bookings on EconomyBookings.com (hereinafter BookingCredit™) up to 48 hours before the initial pick-up time, through the My Booking section of the website or in Account, of the website, if user is registered.
No refund will be provided if a cancellation is requested after the initially scheduled pick-up time.
Reservations made within 48 hours of the pick-up time are non-refundable.
If a cancellation request is directed to the car rental provider rather than the Company, this Cancellation and Refund Policy will not be applicable.
Renters can check their available BookingCredit™ by visiting the website's My Booking section or in Account, if the user is registered, and utilizing their original booking number and email address.
Depending on the circumstances surrounding the cancellation, the Company might offer additional BookingCredit™ on top of the original amount paid for the canceled booking.
Online booking cancellation is available in the Bookings section of your User Profile. Please sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process.
