Trial Period – means the initial 15-day period following the first reservation with EB+ benefits, during which you may cancel your membership for a full refund.

Subscription Period – an EB+ membership period commencing from the first day after expiration of the Trial period and until its termination.

Membership Period – means the fixed term of 12 (twelve) consecutive calendar months starting from the confirmation date of the First reservation and includes both Trial period (if applicable) and the subsequent Subscription period.

First reservation – a reservation purchased for discounted EB+ membership price and confirmed by EconomyBookings.

Active Reservation – a reservation that has been made by the client and confirmed by EconomyBookings.

EB+ Fee – a payment that will be collected at the time of purchase of the First reservation with a discounted EB+ membership price.

• Only registered users of the EconomyBookings website are eligible for EB+ membership.
• A natural person at least 18 years of age with a valid driving license.
• The EB+ membership is linked to the main driver of the rental vehicle unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• You can become a member of EB+ by selecting a EB+ membership discounted price option during the reservation process and following the rental conditions during the rental reservation process.
• You will be charged with EB+ Fee for the EB+ membership at the moment of payment for the First reservation of the respective vehicle.
• EB+ membership is non-transferable and is limited to one user account per person.

• EB+ membership has a 15-day trial period commencing on the day of the confirmation of the First reservation as an EB+ member.
• EB+ membership can be cancelled anytime during the Trial period with 100% refund on your e-wallet.
• You may withdraw funds from the e-wallet free of charge.
• Only one reservation can be made during the Trial Period. If a second reservation is made, the Trial Period ends immediately, and the Subscription Period begins.
• If you cancel your EB+ membership during the Trial period and have an active reservation:
• Before pickup time – the reservation will be cancelled, and you will receive a refund.
• After pickup time – the reservation will remain active, but EB+ membership benefits will be revoked for future reservations.
• You are eligible for one Trial Period per user. If EconomyBookings reasonably determines that you have accessed the Trial Period more than once (e.g., by using multiple accounts), we reserve the right to cancel your EB+ membership immediately without refund.
• You can purchase EB+ membership even if you are not eligible for a Trial period. Membership period will start at the purchase date and time.
• Trial period terminates if pickup date/time has passed for the active booking created using EB+ membership benefits.

• An EB+ account will be created automatically upon your successful enrollment and execution EB+ Fee payment.
• You must remain logged in to access EB+ membership benefits.

• We will remind you about the renewal of the EB+ membership not later than 7 (seven) days before the end of the Membership period.
• Unless you cancel your membership before the expiration date, EB+ will be automatically renewed, and the applicable EB+ fee will be charged to your stored payment method.

• You may cancel your EB+ membership at any time by choosing a cancellation option on your account.
• When cancelling EB+ membership during a Trial period, you will receive a 100% refund of the EB+ Fee and no longer be entitled to benefit from EB+ membership. You will no longer be eligible to apply for another Trial period of EB+ membership.
• When cancelling EB+ membership during the Subscription period you will not receive a refund of the EB+ Fee and you will be entitled to benefit from EB+ membership until the end of the Subscription period that will not be renewed according to Section "Renewal".

• EB+ Fee will be collected at the time of purchase of the First reservation with a discounted EB+ membership price.
• Benefits of the EB+ membership for further reservations will only be made available if the EB+ Fee was paid fully.
• The EB+ Fee may be modified from time to time at the sole discretion of the EconomyBookings.
• The EB+ Fee is non-refundable except as specified in Section "Trial period of EB+".

• You authorize us to securely store your payment details and use them for any future purchases with EconomyBookings.
• Payment details must belong to you.
• If your payment method becomes invalid or expires, we may request that you update it. Failure to do so may result in membership suspension.

• EconomyBookings may also unilaterally modify, without notifying the customer, these Terms & Conditions at any time and such a modification will take effect immediately upon posting the modified Terms & Conditions on this website. According to it, your further access or use of this website is deemed to be your acceptance of the modified Terms & Conditions.
• EB+ membership and the other functionalities offered on this website "as is," without any kind of warranty, whether explicit or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, merchantability, suitability for a specific purpose, or non-infringement of rights. We make no warranties that these features will function without interruption, or that the platforms or servers will be free from viruses or other harmful elements.
