Please sign in to your User Profile or register. In the Bookings section, find your active booking, click "Overview", and then Cancel. The amount will be credited to your E-Wallet as BookingCredit™. When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled. You will see E-Wallet balance in your User Profile immediately. You can use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking.
