Obtained keys in 10 minutes and was driving away. Booked all insurance extras beforehand so this may have helped.
Very nice car, convenient location for pick up and drop off.
Staff was great !! Check in and Check out, very friendly and great to work with!! Best car rental experience I’ve ever have !!
Seamless experience, very professional staff.
Everything is done quickly and efficiently
Thanks to the entire crew at Alamo for getting my out the door as quickly as possible. All of your customer service reps and staff in the lot were friendly and helpful. I was so impressed with this process, especially over a very busy time of year!
Excellent, easy booking, great car rates. Overall very pleased with service.
The service was amazing Lovely people with lots of patience They gave a feeling of home I recommend everyone to try
Picked up exact model of car as ordered-not always the case! Staff were friendly and efficient on both pick up and drop off. Less than 5 minute mini van ride from airport to hire car location. Would recommend as offers better value than 'at airport terminal' hire car companies.
Brand new 2023 Camaro Convertible. Only 125 miles on it at pickup
The team were amazing, our flight was 6 hours delayed, and the team stayed until 0200 in the monring to ha dover the vehicle. Amazing service
I had a great hybrid car, cost effective, in perfect condition. Service was super quick to pick up and drop off at BNE airport. Furthermore, I was confused as thought I was covered with my credit card but realised I didn't use the right one etc. so went to the branch on Gerbler street the day after and was able to get the comprehensive insurance with no issue and had great service. I'm really pleased and impressed!
Loved the staff, special shootout for 'Rachel' at pick up and drop off! Very nice polite and sweet!
Fantastic service on all fronts. Will be back yet again.
The staff who attended to me was simply the best in every area
Fast pickup and drop off, easy to locate in airport
Great value. Couldn't get truck due to recent hurricane but replacement was more than adequate. Guy in car lot was super helpful too. (Cant remember his name)
Just wanted to give a positive feedback on personal service to Awaab and Nuru. Both guys were very nice, professional and customer service was exceptional. Thank you for treating me with respect.
Renting was very easy.. when I returned they were very busy but helped me when it was my turn
