You may withdraw it to your original payment method free of charge or use it as credit for future bookings. You will see your Accepted/Pending/Past bookings. Click on the green button "Overview". Scroll down to find the button "CANCEL" - continue with cancellation. Click on Cancel & Receive xxx EUR Credit. When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled. You will see E-Wallet balance in your User Profile immediately. You can use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your booking if your rental period has already started.
