Super easy, efficient and professional company to rent from!
The company was Alamo. We were supposed to get a car with Hertz on the Wednesday after booking months in advance and they had no car and the staff were very unhelpful. We cancelled the booking and rebooked with Alamo for the Saturday and the experience was excellent. I particularly want to mention David DiGrazia who dealt with us to give us the car. He was excellent so helpful and friendly and professional, my wife and l were very impressed.
All round great value and an efficient online booking service.

I found the cheapest car from the cheapest rental company for a 7-day tour of the South Island. I was worried the car would struggle with the steep terrain but my little Toyota zipped up the hills no problem. The car was reliable and I had no problems. At drop-off, Yesaway had a shuttle van ready to drop me at the airport. It was a good experience with this Chinese-run business.
They were very efficient, good communication, and listened very well. They were responsive to my requests. Excellent.

There is nothing more annoying than to have bumps in acquiring services whilst away from the comforts or familiar surroundings of home. In this case, I was really happy and impressed with the effortless and seamless service I received. Extremely Well Done....

Everything went smooth with my rental in Baltimore airport renting from Alamo. Even though we had to receive the car and the contract from the neighbor partner company "National", everything was very easy and clear with no additional charges and we received almost a brand new car!

We got to select the car we wanted at the airport, which I found weird (usually I thought it was assigned). The exact make and model was not available though. The staff member at check-in was extremely helpful. I also liked how all the charges were already paid, and I didnt have to add anything and there were no surprises.
