Car rental in Toulouse

I was initially nervous about booking through Economy Car Hire as they have many bad reviews, but the whole process was fantastic and easy. Sixt were great to deal with and the car, while not what I booked or wanted, was I guess, the same size group. It was a new hybrid car, just with very low visibility (small windows and tiny rear window) and not a ‘solid’ build car like a Renault or Peugeot. Still, it did the job. Thanks Sixt, you were great to deal with!

Je fus surpris par le coût excessif de l assurance proposée: 174 euros pour 5 jours de location. Par ailleurs, nous avons dû écourter la durée de notre location du fait que nous avons dû prêter assistance à un membre de notre famille à Toulouse puisqu elle s était fracturée la rotule et qu elle devait demeurer immobile chez elle. Impossibilité de se faire rembourser 2 journées de location au comptoir de l entreprise. On nous a gentiment indiqué de nous adresser à Economy Bookings pour voir si un quelconque remboursement $ pourrait être fait.

Alamo handled the car drop-off swiftly and without hassle. Staff was friendly and helpful. EconomyBooking confirmed the rental instantly, unlike another rental platform that responded to my booking with an email saying it could take up to 48 hours to confirm and didn t send any message since.
