Great experience! We got a great price on a mid-sized SUV (Toyota Rav4) with SixT, a rental car company we ve never used before. But the staff were all excellent and helpful. Since they didn t have any Rav4 s available when we went to pick up the vehicle, Roelen, the rental agent gave us a free upgrade to a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe. It was excellent! And the drop off was easy and smooth, just like what we ve experienced with other rental car agencies.
We are very happy with the ease of booking through the drop off process in Maui. The value was great and we will continue to use Economy bookings for our rental needs in the future.
