It s quite the opposite of what reviews wrote of Dollar counter reps. Both the ladies were super friendly and accommodative. I am a hearing deficiency patient and the lady who attended to me was beyond patience and soft spoken when explaining to me about my booking. Only downfall was Economy wanted us to print 2 sets of the booking confirmation but Dollar didn t even bother to ask!
