We had not previously rented cars, as this was the longest and necessary vehicle we had rented in many years. We ordered a small car for cost considerations, but were upgraded to a KIA, which was VERY EFFICIENT and comfortable. Also, when we checked in, the representative noticed I had a AAA card in my wallet when I got my drivers license out, and added that reduction to our cost. I had never used or thought about the fact that we had that additional discount available, and we were, and are thankful thet she pointed that out to us!
