Pick up time was easy and fast. Staff (Stephanie?) was great! They were a little overwhelmed with cars on return. They were lined up parked into the street. So we weren’t getting a personal checkout at the car. Caused me to miss the shuttle leaving then, but they run lots of shuttles.
The rental agent who checked us in was wonderful! I can t remember her name, but she worked out of the Hertz counter – – I guess they have an agreement with Dollar? And I remember that her lineage was American Indian.
My only complaint is that they moved me from what I expected would be a FWD compact SUV to a full size Grand Cherokee with 2WD RWD that is suboptimal for use in the mountains of Utah.
My rental experience, the process of paying for, picking up the car and returning it were as good as I have experienced.
Excellent experience and fast confirmation..I tried another third party and didn t get quick confirmation.you guys are really fast and professional.
