You will need to cancel your current booking in your User Profile and make a new one. Please sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process to create it. Online cancellation will be available in the Bookings section of your User Profile. When canceling a booking, your E-Wallet will be topped up with the amount you paid. Use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your booking if your rental period has already started.

Sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process to create it. When you Sign in please find the Bookings section. You will see your Accepted/Pending/Past bookings. Click on the green button "Overview". Scroll down to find the button "CANCEL" - continue with cancellation. Click on Cancel & Receive xxx EUR Credit. When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled. You will see E-Wallet balance in your User Profile immediately. You can use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking.
