I change the car category after making a booking. It was hassle free. The car provided was clean (always important), overall hassle free
Ze hadden duidelijk aan geven dat we moesten bellen als we er waren. En om dat we eerder waren dan verwacht was dat wel handig. We hebben even 15 min moeten wachten. We zijn duidelijk en goed geholpen. Er is geen loket meer op het vliegveld vandaar dat ze de auto komen brengen.
