I would definitely use this company again. Great price on our rental and pick up was a breeze.
Staff was very helpful, as we returned the car during a high storm, allowed us to stay in the car till a shuttle came and he told us we could go!
The young lady(I forgot her name) that signed me in to get my SUV, I really, really liked her. We had a problem with our vehicle, and before I came back to the desk she already had our replacement ready. All I had to do was sign the replacement paperwork and I was on my way. That is service for you. I would like for her to check me out every time I come to the airport. Thank you so much!!!!!
Our rental agent, Vanessa, is a gem - incredibly nice and very helpful. After a long day of traveling, she was patient with our questions (including where to grab a late night dinner). Quickly helped get us choose and get into a vehicle better suited to our needs (gas mileage wise). Check in was quick and easy. Return process was just as pleasant. Quick and easy.
Actual car rental company was dollar car rental. They were helpful, very reasonable prices, clean cars. If I were to rate them, for my experience I would give them a 5 star rating. Donna United States
