Alamo staff at MYR airport great to deal with and had the vehicle picked up in 5 minutes. Economy booking customer service also very quick to respond to my query about my voucher which I reviewed 72 hours before my trip.

Not sure what happened with pricing. We tried to choose no extras and we inadvertently signed up for a program to allow us to drop the rental. So we paid about $215 for what other companies were charging about $100.. I called your company and they offered no help to fix this. I’ll never rent from you again. You screwed us. A little customer service would have brought me back to you.
