The lady at the Thrifty counter was very efficient and cordial even though they did not have the care that I booked and had to return four hours later to get another car. She did give me an upgraded car when I returned because still didn t have the car that I booked.

Finally got a car that not some maintenance after less then 100 miles of driving it, last 3 rentals from thriffy and hertz did this a rental customer should not have to worry about this on a car rental !!!! This a NEGATIVE response. ER
