Ease of booking, picking up and dropping off were key here! Everyone made it so easy - and special thanks to Milcah and Reon at Enterprise/Alamo at London Heathrow, who made it a very easy process and offered excellent customer service. We paid a little extra to go through Alamo/Enterprise (all car hire companies were very expensive this year), but it was well worth it to get great customer service, a decent car and NOT have to wait in a huge line.
