Mini Car Rental in Spain-Mainland

The representative that dealt with us on our arrival was lovely; we had a delayed flight and only just made the closure time, (which we were fully aware of) but she was prepared to wait for us for a little over the specified time. The original car we received was defective and wouldn’t start so the representative stayed beyond her time to ensure that we were safely on our way (at this time it was way beyond her working hours), huge thanks for a great service.

record go was very helpful and arranged everything with car rental perfectly. But EconomyBookings was a disaster that knew we would arrive at 00:15 and that Record go closes at 23:00 so we did not get a car until 08:00 and we had to wait for 8 hours at the airport it was pure torture and I think we 2 older people should be compensated with an amount corresponding to the entire image area about 700 euros

Bit of difficulty finding the meeting spot to get the minibus to the rental office, but otherwise the whole experience was first class: very helpful staff, nice upgrade, really easy paperwork, everything very clear. Drop off even easier! Thanks for a great experience
