I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of product and the price in comparison to other rental companies. I needed to extend my rental and that was easily accommodated with a phone call. Overall, I am satisfied with economybooking and I am already recommending it.
Strange drop off procedure. You went back to counter to drop keys. Nobody checked gas level or anything. Things were fine but a bit confusing, there was no directions for return.
The overall experience was great. The service rep, Brandon, at the Thrifty counter was excellent. He got me in and out in under 10 mins, provided me with an upgrade, explained everything but did not rush. Everything just flowed so smoothly. Will definitely use EconomyBookings again.
