Zuerst hatten wir erwartet,dass wir am Flughafen abgeholt werden.Nach der Landung hatten wir bereits eine Benachrichtigung mit dem Standort zur Abholung des Fahrzeugs.Dies war unmittelbar in der Nähe zum Flughafen. Wir mussten allerdings einen kleinen Umweg gehen,da eine direkte Überquerung der Straße vor dem Flughafen nicht möglich ist.Nach 10-15Minuten Fußweg,wurden wir aber sehr freundlich von Ermal empfangen.Das Auto war eine Stufe besser als erwartet.Weitere Wünsche wurden einfach vor Ort umgesetzt,wie einen weiteren Fahrer zu hinterlegen und die Grenze zu Kosovo zu überqueren.Der Vermieter hat offen über alle wichtigen Dinge informiert,die zur Sicherheit zu berücksichtigen sind.Damit wir zufrieden sind und nicht sagen,dass es keinen Hinweis gab.Die Preise sind mehr als fair.Insgesamt waren wir sehr mit der Firma und dem Auto,aber auch ganz besonders mit Ermal zufrieden.Die Kommunikation auf Englisch hat super funktioniert.

United rent a car Antalya - great service
We got excellent service. The kind staff came and met us at the airport and we got a really nice car quickly. We had some questions about the car and the traffic situation etc during our trip and got kind, professionell and reliable help and support immediately. Thank you, I felt safe driving in amazing places in Turkiye with your car!

We booked 2 cars in Mauritius
We booked 2 cars in Mauritius - Was picked up at the airport by Paul - Drove 5 minutes to the parking lot - Sorted out the paperwork - Got the cars handed over - Off on vacation - Returned after 2 weeks to the airport and dropped off the keys to Aldo. Perfect service and we can only recommend them!

SANDER a été au top, la location s’est bien passé juste quand vous louez prenez une CARTE DE CRÉDIT et non pas une carte de Débit ! Sinon pour le reste au TOP 5 ⭐️

Excellent Service and Hassle-Free Experience
Great experience renting a car in Christchurch! The staff picked us up from the airport promptly, and the whole rental process was quick and hassle-free. The car was clean, comfortable, and very fuel-efficient. We also appreciated the charging cables and phone holder provided in the car. Returning the vehicle was easy, and after a short wait, we were taken straight to the airport by shuttle. Excellent service from start to finish—highly recommend!

Excellent Service
I have now rented from YesAway Phuket Airport location at least 4 time. I have to say their service is great which is the reason I keep going back to them. The cars are always very clean and well maintained. All the staff I have come across are very customer centric and responsive.

Great experience
Overall great rental no problems. Had issue with ETC but was quickly resolved. Picked up at Narita dropped off at Haneda no problems
