So, so easy. Olivia was very professional and friendly at pick up. I didn t have to wait and drop off was as easy as pick up. It would be good to be able to choose a type of car at the initial booking or specify who will be using it because my elderly parents struggled to get in and out of the car! Otherwise, this is the best experience I ve had of hiring a car. Will highly recommend!
