Why I have not received confirmation email yet?
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, there could be a few reasons for this:
- Some bookings are confirmed immediately, while others are on-request. On-request bookings may take 24–48 hours to confirm as we check availability with local suppliers.
- The email may have gone to your spam or junk folder – please check there just in case.
- There might have been a typo in the email address you entered during the booking.
- The booking process may not have been fully completed or there may have been a technical issue.
