Budget price. By avoiding the major (or even minor) car rental companies present right at the airport I was able to secure a vehicle for a very reasonable price. Yes it was not as convenient handover as it might have been with the other companies but the saving I’ve made was worth it.

I was messaged 2 days before my booking to advise me who to contact when we landed and advised that the car would be brought to me at Zagreb airport. Zvonimir who delivered my car to me was extremely friendly and welcoming and explained the process to me very clearly and we were on the road within 10 minutes. The car was very new, immaculate and we had no problems with it at all. I was again contacted prior to drop off and the car was collected from me again by Zvonimir who was lovely and we were out of the car and in the terminal in under 5 minutes. I wouldn t hesitate to use HAK rent-a car again on future trips. Thank you for making what can be a stressful process so smooth and easy.
