I found the economy bookings website & booking service difficult to navigate & was VERY annoyed when I wanted to make a minor change to pick-up time & found I had to cancel the whole booking & start again. I would strongly suggest that you change your software to allow minor changes like date/time of pickup & dropoff without have to cancel the booking & start again.
Well, Outstanding service and friendly staff when collect the car .I will definitely introduce to my friends.
