How do I withdraw funds from my E-Wallet?
Terms and Conditions for Withdrawal from Customer E-Wallet
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the withdrawal of Booking Credit™ from your customer e-wallet ("E-Wallet") with [EconomyBookings.com] ("Company"). By using the E-Wallet and requesting a withdrawal, you agree to abide by these Terms.
2. Eligibility for Withdrawal
You may request a withdrawal from your E-Wallet under the following conditions:
You have canceled a booking with the Company.
Your booking was canceled within the last six (6) months.
The Booking Credit™ associated with the canceled booking is still valid, as described below.
3. Booking Credit Validity
The Booking Credit™, which represents the funds in your E-Wallet, will remain valid for a period of two (2) years from the date of issuance to the Renter. After this two-year period, the Booking Credit™ will expire and become non-refundable.
4. Refund Option
If you prefer a refund of your Booking Credit™ instead of using it for future bookings, you may request a refund. Please note that a minimal fee of sixty (60) euros will be charged as the Resource Subscription Fee for processing the refund.
5. Requesting a Withdrawal
To request a withdrawal from your E-Wallet, please follow the instructions provided on our website or contact our customer support team for assistance. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility for withdrawal based on the terms outlined in Section 2.
6. Processing Time
