Lovely clean car, friendly staff with excellent customer service (although I felt I was a bit rushed when I dropped off the car)

The fact that staff found me in the Kruger Check-In line at Skukuza Airport blew me away--I didn t have to go looking for them! My car wasn t ready so I was given an upgrade, which I used the entire 4 weeks. I was using the car for photography in Kruger National Park and it was perfect for my needs. When I went to drop it off, once again staff met me as I drove into the airport parking lot, waited and chatted with me (and helped!) while I packed up my camera gear and helped me take my bags inside for my flight. I feel awful--I can t remember the staff member s name at the moment as I just got back to the USA and am really tired, but I wanted to write this review now so it wouldn t get pushed to the bottom of the to-do pile. Excellent customer service! I go to Kruger frequently and you ve earned my future business as well as my recommendation.

Your representative was very helpful on the day, explained clearly why the cost of possible repairs were calculated on our total rental value.
