Great experience with Economy Bookings! We booked a Honda Fit for 21 days. We got exactly that. Nit the newest shiniest car ever but thats exactly what I like because if we make a little scratch somewhere along the way, there is no immediate fuzz about penalties. Communications are SUPER with the people at Economy Bookings. They make a Whatsapp-group before the pick-up, we got clear instructions on where to go at Osaka Airport. They drove us to their servicepoint which was about 15-20 mins from the airport and got our car there right away. Its in an area thats not so busy and crowded so you can get used to the car in a relaxed environment instead of all the huzzle of Kansai Airport. Also: theres a gas station two minutes away so bringing the car back was easy too. After three weeks we decided we wanted to keep it for two more days. We just took care of that through the same Whatsapp group. No fuzz at all. On top of that: GREAT value dor money. We paid less that 600 euro for 23 days, unlimited miles. Thats without ETC (automatic payments at toll roads) because we chose to pay at the toll gates ourselves. All in all: super flexible, great communications and absolute value for money so HIGHLY recommended.

The were very nice and help us a lot. At the end we failed parking the car in a space we were not allowed but we didn t know (in Italy of you see white lines you can park for free) and the man of the rental helped us not paying a fine!
