I was so grateful to the attendant who stayed to help me after hours. He was closing the shop when I arrived. The agreement had the wrong pickup time, and even though I called Alamo to ask to change it, he said it would be okay. Well, it almost wasn t. The attendant was very kind to unlock the shop and return to help me.

It was easy to contact the car center by phone - they were very helpful. I had to drop my car off out of hours - it would be useful to have a video on YouTube that they could send me a link to in t his case to show where to drop the car off and where to put the keys - as i was in a rush and did not know exactly where to go - even though they told me at the beginning.
