VERY PLEASED WITH THE AIRPORT COLLECTION, THEIR OFFICE IS ONLY 5 MINUTES FROM THE AIRPORT, SO WHEN I HAD FINISHED MY BREAK I JUST DROVE TO THE OFFICE, SWAPPED SEATS AND GOT TAKEN STRAIGHT TO THE TERMINAL.

Great service! The staff was super friendly and gave us clear info. We had booked a small car, but they noticed it would be too tight for our family and gave us a better one. The office is right inside the airport, which made everything really easy.

The pick up and processing was smooth and no fuss. The car I selected, hyundai i30, was not available but a bigger car was provided (Skoda Octavia). It was nice if a little bit scruffy on the outside. The car worked, everything worked, so it was absolutely great for the price we paid. The return process was just as smooth.
