At the parking lot a kind staff both helper me to find my car and to guide me out of the tight parking. The return an shuttle back was perfect and i am overall very happy with my rental. I choosed no extra insurence and there where no problem at all.

Mariam at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would add is I was given an upgrade without being asked and the C3 I got wasn t as economical as a Clio could have been.

all was ok, if i vould to find a little defects, regarding the fact that it is no possible to speack in Italian lenguage , i immagin how many problem could have peple who doesn t speak English good
