Amin was amazing, no less. He couldn t reach me by phone due to a technical glitch, yet waited patiently for me past working hours. I did not expect to arrive so late, yet border control took nearly an hour and a half! Without Amin, my trip would have been altogether compromised. He s an asset to Hertz, no less. Thank you, Amin!
