Doordat wij onze vlucht vanuit Pisa gemist hadden door stakingen konden we de huurauto een dag later dan gepland ophalen. Ter compensatie kregen wij van de bijzonder vriendelijke baliemedewerkster een grotere auto. Complimenten!!

When I arrived at the airport, the service of Europcar was outstanding. The staff were professional, friendly, and efficient, making both the car pickup and return incredibly easy. The vehicle itself was in excellent condition, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations.
