Air Auto provided exactly what I ordered. Very clean car with virtually no damage. Very quick transfers from and to the airport .Friendly and helpful staff who all spoke very good English. No high pressure to buy the excess insurance as I told them I have my own. An excellent care hire company and I will most definitely use again on my next trip to Faro.

Very helpful staff on the pick up and drop off. Provided lots of helpful information. No queues. We walked from the terminal to pickup as it s about 7 minutes walk. On the way back we used the minibus service. The car was a fiat panda, good little car, perfectly accommodated my family of 4. We did over 1000km in one week and had no issues at all. No one pushed to buy extras, just kindly explained all the risks. The only extra was €50, as we drove to Spain, I was aware of that fee in advance, as it was mentioned in the contract.

Pick up and drop off exceptionally easy. Car was relatively new and clean and staff at pickup were courteous and efficient. Will definitely use them again.
