The staff at Enterprise in Totton (Claudia and Nish) were really helpful resolving my problem after Enterprise at Gatwick gave me a lower class car. Swapping it out was incredibly simple, and took just a couple of minutes, with no hassle at all. Top class service, which highlighted just how poor the agents and Gatwick were.
