Staff was very helpful resolving our problem. Moreover, the vehicle we had selected was not big enough for our needs, and succeeded in finding/renting a bigger one. It was precisely what we needed. It turned out a good experience after all.

All was fantastic, only the insurance was an issue, rental company said in case of accident, I would have to pay from pocket and then get reimbursed from Economy booking. The rental company wanted to sell me insurance that would cost more than the car rental.
