We had a great experience with the car, the pick up process took us a little to figure it out since the have to send a car to pick you up at the rental car area, their offices are outside the airport area, not far at all. The car was just as described and the price was great. The return process was a little confusing, you return the car to the same office outside the airport and the will take you to the airport, if your plane is leaving or arriving before or after their office hours, make sure to mention that to them ahead of time to get instructions on how and where to receive the car and to return it. Office people are very kind and attentive.

Site facilitates your needs for rental vehicle. Prior to accessing the site, set goals for the vehicle you want and have 2 back units for in case situations.

Despite the airline cancelling our flight causing us to arrive a day late, we were still within the 24-hour window and our reservation was held by Dollar. This may be the result of renting within the USA and not international. Needless to say, we word anxious the whole time, but all s well that ends well.
