The staff helped us swap to a bigger and cleaner vehicle, worked with us and didn’t charge us for a late turn-in after our flight was delayed/cancelled/rescheduled.

While the rental agents were perfunctory, the people on the return process were EXTREMELY helpful and gracious. My wife had a sore knee, and using a cane. Without asking, they suggested we stay in the car, and drove us to the departure area. Special thanks to Kam Pruitt.

The car was brand new, with only 4400 miles on it. I was very pleased with the way the car handled and the great gas mileage.
