It s a busy airport so therewith be lines which is normal. The agent I was working at the counter was very nice and explained that they don t have the exact make and model but he did give me an equivalent model. Finding car was super easy for me. BUT we did see a renter in front of us as we were leaving the garage who didn t check the license plate and had to go back and get the correct vehicle. So my advice would be give yourself time to find the right vehicle and double check to make sure license plate and space number match and they are bothe on the printout you receive. Overall the best rental car experience yet! Thank you.

Because I made a date mistake.Unfortunately , I had to pay much more for the car, but thank goodness you were there.The only thing was I thought I was picking the car up at the terminal. It was a great running car with great gas mileage it got the job done!
