Very easy to use the Economy Booking website. Great price paid up front with small balance for taxes due at time of rental pick-up. Recommnd using the site for great rental car rates.

The car was clean and I got the electric car that I ordered however the charge in the car was only 25% when I picked it up. M receipt said 100% charge- it was not! I had to stop and charge the car. I feel when I run an electric car it should come fully charge when I pick it up

This is my 4th time renting through Dollar. They are always great with us. We were sad to learn that our favorite agent passed. He was the very reason we kept coming back. He was amazing. The car given to us was great on gas although I would have liked to be able to pair my GPS to the monitor. Other than that it was perfect for us.
