The process was excellent, both checking out and checking in, and the condition of the car was excellent EXCEPT it was a KIA EV6 electric car and I had to go to 3 charging stations to find one to charge the car and then the range was less than 250 miles. I will not rent an electric vehicle in the future.

The people I dealt with when renting and returning were helpful, kind, and professional, and I felt like we d known each other for years. Had I not grown up in Rochester, they would have been wonderful first impressions of the kind of people that I remember in the city of lilacs.
