I was about 1 and a half hour early. Attendant said no car was available because I was early for my rental. If I wanted vehicle it was cost me more, so I said I would wait. Sitting in the waiting area a gentleman called me over and said let s get you in a vehicle even though it s early and at no additional cost. It was the next size up from what I had ordered. He got me the vehicle and so on and I was on my way. I thanked him very much. When I turned the vehicle in it was very easy.

Really helpful staff at the desk in the airport. Staff outside in the carpark were also really helpful. We were given a choice of the Toyota that was booked, a Dodge Ram or a Ford 150. We went for the Ford as it had Apple car play and a really big touch screen. This was a no extra cost
